Japan's benchmark stock indices end Tuesday's session little changed
Markets remain directionless ahead of the
FOMC's rate meeting. The benchmark Nikkei 225 was down 7.91 points, or
0.06%, at 13849.56. The broader-based TOPIX was up 1.26 points, or
0.09%, at 1349.61.
