August contract remains down about $4.06 on the day at $127.03 but is about $1.50 off its earlier low of $125.63 and plenty of attention still being paid to Tropical storm/soon to be Hurricane Dolly which is swirling in the GOM and is expected to make landfall on the south Texas coast Wednesday.
