European stocks have reversed early weakness and are trading close to flat. The FTSE was last 0.28% higher with Cac down 0.1% and the Dax underperforming at -0.30%. Elsewhere, Japan's benchmark stocks ended the day lower, close to the worst levels of the session. The benchmark Nikkei 225 was down 156.09 points, or 123%, at 12933.18. The broader-based TOPIX was down 24.68 points at a session low 1248.25.
